Refund policy

Cancellations: We accept cancellations only when items have not been shipped. Custom order requests cannot be modified. Please contact us if you change your mind after placing an order, and we will do what's possible to accommodate your request.

Return: We put a lot of time and energy into making that perfect product for you. We hope that you consider it to gifting someone else who might love to receive it as a gift, before returning it.

In the rare event that you really don’t like what you see, or you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your package within 7 days of your order date. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.Custom/bespoke orders and personalized/monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns, nor issue refunds on items that have been used, tried on or have a worn out look due to improper storage conditions. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your Return, you will receive a full refund of the product only and in the original mode of payment. It can take between 4-12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on mode of payment. All Returns must be shipped to us through a delivery service with tracking information. The buyer will bear shipping costs for the Return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Also, Khisa Handicrafts will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Khisa Handicrafts reserves the right to approve/reject refund claims after inspection of returned items.

Defective Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. We stand by the quality of our products. Each item is inspected before shipping. However, mishaps can unfortunately occur during shipping/handling. Should there be a rare occurrence of a damaged/defective/wrong product, please email us pictures within 3 days of receiving the package. We will take care of the rest.
