Certain rules are meant to be broken and experimented with. Sudip's leather straps are one of them that does a few things to a vintage watch:
1. Gives new life, e.g. HMT Kohinoor from 1992,
2. Leather is so soft after a few hours of breaking in, you don't want to take it off as you can hardly feel you are wearing anything, and
3. It's a great conversation starter with the clean lines, the intricate thread work, and the bright colors.
The thread work is simply outstanding as evident from some of the photos and brings to life an otherwise drab dial case.
