Shipping Policy
Every Khisa piece is handcrafted, and we take just as much care getting it to your doorstep. Here's everything you need to know.
Shipping Within India
Orders of ₹2,000 and above ship free, anywhere in India. For orders below ₹2,000, we charge a flat ₹99.
We ship through Delhivery, one of India's most reliable logistics networks. Once your package is in their hands, delivery is managed by them — but we're always here if you need help chasing it down.
International Shipping (Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia & the Middle East)
- Orders up to $50 — $25 flat
- Orders $51 to $120 — $20 flat
- Orders $121 to $199 — $20 flat
- Orders $200 and above — Free shipping
Express vs. Standard Delivery
Express means your package travels by the fastest mode available from the day it's dispatched. It speeds up the journey, not the dispatch itself — your order still needs its usual making and processing time.
Standard delivery travels by surface. It takes a little longer, but your package arrives just as safely.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Your delivery date = processing time + transit time. Since each piece is handcrafted, processing times can vary — the product page always has the most current estimate.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it all the way home.
Missed Deliveries & Re-Shipping
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If they can't reach you, the package comes back to us — and we may need to charge a small fee to send it out again. To avoid this, please double-check your address and keep your phone handy around the delivery window.
Customs Duties (International Orders)
Customs rules differ from country to country. If your destination country levies a customs duty, it's payable by the recipient at the "Ship To" address — usually directly to the courier at delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and aren't included in our prices.
If We Can't Deliver to Your Location
On the rare occasion our shipping partners don't service your area, we'll reach out to arrange an alternate address or delivery method. If we can't find a workable solution, we'll refund your full order amount as per our Refund Policy — no questions asked.
