Shipping policy

Shipping charges for Domestic orders 

Surface Shipping in India is Free for order equal to or above ₹2000 in value.
₹99 flat shipping rate upto 2000. On Order above 2000 you can opt for Express as well.

Shipping charges for international orders

Order Value upto $50 - flat rate of $25
Order Value upto $51 to $199 - flat rate of $20
Order Value above $200 - Free Shipping

Shipping Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Domestic - Transit time 5-6 business days from the day of order placement through Delhivery Surface.
International - Shipping charge calculated at final step of checkout. Transit time ranges between 5-15 business days.
In case of custom made products add another 3-4 days for watch straps and 7-8 days for Wallets.

Custom Duty
Customs duty may apply as per customs regulations in destination country. The customer is responsible for the customs duty which is usually collected by courier company.

Re-Shipping Charges 

Our shipping partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If they are unable to deliver, the package will be returned to us. We may have to charge a shipping fee to re-ship the order to you. 

Undeliverable Locations

In a rare event that our shipping partners do not service a location for a booked order, we will contact you to arrange for an alternate delivery address / method. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the entire order amount as per our Refund Policy.
